• Academic plan has to be submitted by HOD’s before June 5 th of every academic year.
  • Semester plans for the curricular and co-curricular activities have to be submitted on or before the first week of every semester.
  • Student feedback/ staff evaluation is expected to be completed before the last week of every semester.
  • Student’s progress cards are prepared after each evaluation and shared with the parents in the parents meeting.
  • Annual academic audit to be conducted in March/April.
  • Annual Report of the Departments, Cells and Forums are expected in March.
  • Student Representative meetings are organized every semester to discuss various grievances related to curricular and co-curricular activities.
  • Monthly progress reports of the Cells, Forums, and departments are expected to be submitted before the first week of the coming month.
