The Department of Office Management started functioning in the year 2016. The department
\naims at enhancing the skill and potential of the students. We strive at creating awareness about
\nexcellent professional opportunities in the field of commerce. The Department focuses on value
\nbased education. The curriculum is taught by distinguished faculties with an enriching learning
\nexperience. The students get to learn about the intricacies of business, way of doing business,
\nentrepreneurship, managing an office, handling accounting records etc. and they become globally
\ncompetable.
\nThe department organises various events to develop the talents of the students. Also organises
\nseminars and workshops for students in order to develop their knowledge and skills. The
\ndepartment offers bridge courses, add-on courses, and certificate courses for the students to
\nenrich their academic skills. Our students attend internship programmes which makes them more
\nadaptable with the industrial world.
\nThe department encourages pupils to organise events such as National seminars,
\ninterdepartmental programmes, intercollegiate meets, participate in various events organised by
\nother colleges and also get involved in activities of social relevance. The department strives to
\nmould a student community who are hardworking, practical- oriented and efficient in any
\nwork<\/p>\n
