Also it aims to help the students in resolving their academic and personal issues.<\/p>\n<p><em>The mentor acts as a guide, supporter, sounding board and, sometimes, as a role model<\/em><\/p>\n<p>MES College Erumely offers a highly-efficient Mentoring system through which a group of 20-30 students are assigned to a faculty member at the commencement of the program. The institute has an integrated mentoring system where the faculty acts as a link between the students and the institution.
