The Staff Association provides an opportunity for staff to share information and ideas pertaining to campus life and providing a means for communicating with the College’s administration. It strives to maintain a healthy relationship between the Management and Faculty besides fostering cooperation and good will among staff members. All the faculties of the college are members of the staff association with Principal as the president. Every academic year one staff secretaries are selected from the teaching staff- from the aided sector and the self-financing sector. Meetings of the association serve as a platform for discussing various academic and non-academic issues pertaining to the smooth functioning of the college. The Staff Association conducts various entertainment programmers for teachers including celebration of festive occasions like Onam and Christmas. Staff day is indeed a day to celebrate the togetherness of the present teaching staff. A tour is conducted every year for relaxation and recreation of staff which will always be filled with fun and frolic. Apart from that presenting souvenirs to the various award holders and retiring staff are also included in the activities of Staff association.<\/p>\n
