The Department of Computer Application functioning from beginning of the college in 1995, offers a full time bachelors program with six semester leading to the degree of Bachelor of Computer Application. The B.C.A course structure was modified in the year 2009. According to the newly introduced Choice Based Credit and Semester System (CBCSS), each semester has a minimum of 18 instructional weeks, comparing of 90 working days. The students are assessed through continuous internal evaluation and examination conducted by the college at the end of each semester . There are 30 courses including open course, one elective course, one mini project and one main project that spreads over a period of 6 semesters. Industrial visit, workshops and seminars are part of the program and total of 120 credits.





A pass in +2, V.H.S.E or equivalent with Book-keeping and Accountancy and any two of the following subjects, viz., (1) Commerce (2) Commercial Correspondence and Commercial Geography (3) Economics (4) Life Insurance with Salesmanship and (5) Banking with Secretarial Practice (6) Business Studies (7) Maths (8) Computer Science (9) Computer Applications (10) Informatics practice  and management (11) Management (12) Accountancy  as optional under part III of the Examinations


Who have passed plus two or equivalent examination recognized by the university with other subjects under part 111 optional provided they have secured 45 percentage of the aggregate


Interview cards assigning a date of interview with the principal will be sent to the applicants whose applications are considered favorably. On receipt of the interview cards, the applicant is to report to the principal with his/her guardian, for interview at the date and time fixed, along with the following documents. Application for admission should be made in the prescribed form which can be had from the college office on payment of Rs. 350/-.  Payments once made will not be refunded. 50% of the seat of the course for being filled by the Govt. or such Authority determined by the Govt. on the basis of merit & reservation. Principles followed by the Govt. & remaining 50% filled by the Educational agency  on the basis of merit.

6.       Migration Certificate in the case candidates from other  universities

SC/ST Candidates should bring community certificate from the Tahasildar.
